Over time, the village has evolved. Today, you'll find competitions, countless local stores, a skateboard ramp, a graffiti mural... The Hip-hop Village is the place to relax, homemade pizza in hand, under the spring sun.
Because we want our festival-goers to have a great time, events will be taking place right in the middle of the village, free of charge, for all to see. Whether you're in the audience or on the dancefloor, the only quid pro quo is to give everything you've got to create a fooooooolie atmosphere!
Many of us share the same passion, the same culture... so let's talk!
As every year, we welcome a team of graffiti artists to color the hip-hop village. Come and discover these local talents who wield the spray paint can with dexterity.
Close your eyes. Imagine a DJ doing a vinyl-only set, you feel your feet moving to the rhythm of the records, you're in full cypher, no competition, just for the fun of it... not bad eh! Well, that's the plan.
Skateboarding is part of the party! A mini-ramp built with our own hands will be set up in the village and freely accessible all weekend long. So if you're worried about getting bored between battles, bring your board!
The Plaisir Brut crew will be there on Sunday to host a jam. All skateboarders are invited! Big fun ahead.
What better way to end the day than with a good concert? The artists are local, the music is funky, the smiles are out.
Feeling hungry? Wrap, pizza, beer, local fruit juice, there's something for everyone! Once you've finished your meal, drop by the record shop or go shopping at the festival boutique!
